Working On Mouse Cursors

Working on replacing all the mouse cursors. so far I'm using 64x64 image sizes for all of the different mouse cursors, and will be sticking to black and white for the colors. I plan to use some simple animations like 2 frames for some of the different cursors, but most will remain a static image.
